Terms And Conditions
Please Take A Moment & Read
1. All charters, shuttles, transfer i.e. (airports), and tours must be paid in full the day your trip will start. This company reserves the right to deny transportation if your payment is not received and confirmed 7 Days before the day of your excursion.
2. Upon receipt of full payment we guarantee the vehicle you requested to be on location for the itinerary you have set up.
3. We will provide a clean, functional luxury vehicle of your choice from our selection. PLEASE BE ADVISED that additional charges may be applied if the vehicle receives miscellaneous damage from your group. Please be advised of this as in many cases it can happen. We will not be responsible for those repairs.
Acceptable Forms Of Payment
4. The only forms of payment acceptable is the following:- Visa
- MasterCard
- Discover
- American Express
- PayPal
(We must receive an approval code to move forward with preparing your trip.)
5. We will also accept Certified Checks or Money Orders. Personal checks are not accepted. Money Orders and Certified Checks must be received 7 days before your trip, since they take 3 to 5 days to clear.
Cancellations
6. All cancellations must be received 2 full days before the date of your trip, tour, transfer, shuttle, or charter:- A full refund will be given if cancellation is received 2 full days before your trip, tour, transfer, shuttle, or charter.
- If your trip is canceled while the vehicle is on location the day of your trip, tour, transfer, shuttle, or charter, there will be no refund as "our end" of the contract to procure the vehicle has been satisfied and the driver is on location for your groups use.
- If you cancel while the vehicle is on location, and you want to reschedule, there will have to be a new reservation submitted for a different job. The process will start from the beginning again. The previous price for the canceled trip will be honored for the rescheduled date.
- If you reschedule your trip 48 hours before the pick-up date, then there is no penalty and the rescheduled date will be honored. For trip, tour, transfer, shuttle, or charter on a Saturday or Sunday, you must reschedule by the Thursday before to avoid penalties as Monday-Friday are business days.
7. If you cancel your trip, tour, transfer, shuttle, or charter while the vehicle is on its way to your pick-up, you will not receive a refund. All vehicles take 3 hours to get to your pick-up. (From driver preparation to in- transit time to your groups location, service is being rendered to you.
8. If your trip is an early A.M. charter and you cancel during business hours the day before, you will be issued a refund with a 8% penalty for fees incurred for the facilitation of your trip.
9. If you cancel your trip, tour, transfer, shuttle, or charter due to the weather, you must cancel or reschedule 36 hours to receive either a refund at a 8% penalty or rescheduled date at no penalty. You are responsible to keep track of the weather and make the decision 36 hours in advance as to your group wanting to continue your trip. Once the business day is done the day before your trip and you decide to cancel, depending on the time the cancel is received and if it happens to be a weekend will determine if you will incur penalties and or a denial of refund with a 8% penalty. Be 100% sure if you need the vehicle in the event of BAD WEATHER.
We ask that all Terms and Conditions be read and agreed to as confirmation for the trip that you desire for your group.
